Conditions of Use


  • Please note we do not refund. 
  • For exchanges, you MUST contact Wigs On Wheels Head Office within 2 days of receipt of your wig before returning.  An Authorisation Number (AN) will be given and must be clearly displayed on the outside of the wig box on return.  The wig must not have been worn, brushed or combed.  The wig must be shipped back to us within 5 days of receipt of your AN, in its original packaging and looking exactly how you would have received it. 
  • You will have to pay for return shipping, and any subsequent shipping to you of a new wig.  We do charge a restocking fee of $15 for synthetic wigs and $30 for human hair wigs if the wig is exchanged.
  • If there is a factory defect or an incorrect shipment we will be happy to exchange or credit you.

How And When Can I Expect My Order To Arrive?

All our orders are sent discreetly (with no mention of who its coming from or what’s inside).   We send our orders by registered post with Australia Post.

If we have your wig order in stock it will be shipped and you should receive it in a few days if in Australia.  If we need to order your wig in, then you could expect to receive your wig between 7-14 days.

What Method Of Payment Do You Accept For Online Purchases?

We accept payment by PayPal.


We try to keep our website as current as possible but at times a wig style or colour may be discontinued etc without our knowing.
